About Grand Oak Healthcare
For over 22 years, Grand Oak Healthcare has been a trusted provider of comprehensive spine injury and pain management care in Northeast Georgia. Originally founded as an evidence-based chiropractic practice by Dr. Doug Giles, our clinic has grown to become the largest of its kind in the region. Dr. Giles' commitment to excellence in chiropractic care laid the foundation for what is now a multidisciplinary healthcare facility offering a wide range of services aimed at promoting healing and improving quality of life for our patients.
As we expanded, we added a variety of medical services to further enhance the recovery process, including pain management procedures such as trigger point injections, spinal epidurals, and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. By integrating these advanced treatments with chiropractic care, physical therapy, and other therapeutic services, we provide a holistic, patient-centered approach to recovery.
